In a caring environment you'll learn step by step how to destress and express - until you find joy again. You'll be moved and inspired by the stories of others. Together we'll create a supportive community that will raise you and free you to be your most positive and creative self.

Classes Tuesdays or Thursdays 9:30 - 11:30 am in Durham,
starting Feb 7.
The classes remain open to new people through March 8 and then are open only to continuing participants in order to create a strong and supportive community.
First two exploratory classes $25 each, then $99, every 4 weeks for 6 months.
